I had my weekly check up today and the doc checked my cervix. No dilation, but I'm 50% effaced, which means I'm thinning out. Once I'm 100% effaced, labor could happen any time! She also said that his head is very low.
She said that she could "stretch me out" so we're going to wait until next week to do that. My parents will be back here by then. I told the little guy he can come anytime next Monday or after!
Samuel David Brubaker arrived on May 28th, 2009 (our 4th wedding anniversary) at 5:09 a.m. He weighed 6 lbs, 15 oz and was 19.75 inches long! We have been blessed with a wonderful baby!

- We met in late 2003 and were married on the beach in May 2005. Scott is an Auburn graduate - War Eagle! He now works at the Federal Reserve. Lindsay is an AP manager at OHC. We are members of Simpsonwood UMC, where Scott is a Sunday School teacher and Lindsay is an MYF Counselor. We have 3 four-legged, furry children now and are looking forward to our first human child! :o)
